BVMD1 - Special Operating Fee

Following a Public Hearing on April 11th, 2024, the District 1 Board authorized a one-time Special Fee for continued operation and maintenance of the Buckhorn Valley irrigation system. This fee will be used to pay outstanding invoices for vendors, contractors, employees and maintenance services, as well as significant legal fees to defend District 2’s lawsuit (filed late 2022).

First installment - $250.00
Second Installment - $250.00
