Annual Report
Pursuant to Section 32-l-207(3)(c), C.R.S., the Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan Districts hereby files an annual consolidated report with the Town by October 1 of each year.
Please visit the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) website to view Annual Reports : Click here
- On the DOLA portal, accept the terms/conditions.
- On the 'Search Active Colorado Local Governments' page, input Local Government Name: 'Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District' and click 'Search'.
- In the results, click on the link under the 'Filings' section click on 'View' to view all the documents available via the DOLA portal.
- On the District portal, click on 'SERVICE PLAN' to view the Annual Report.
