Irrigation System start-up and repair updates

Wednesday, June 25, 2025 Update:

Phases 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, will remain turned off for a few additional hours today in order to safely complete the re-charging of system mainlines. 

Mainline repairs have been completed successfully. Afternoon and overnight testing allowed for several phases to run water on June 24.

All phases may water this evening and each day moving forward. 

General updates will be emailed and posted here.

Operators have been alerted of all prior neighborhood and individual system issues reported to date. They will be out to assist neighborhoods with timer programming and to assess and repair other issues as quickly as possible.

Monday, June 23, 2025 Update:

Due to mainline breaks in system surrounding the sports complex, repairs will continue throughout the day today.

Phases 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, are turned off at this time due to the repair work.

Hawksnest, Mountain Gateway and Phase 4 may continue to use their irrigation systems at this time.

General updates will be emailed and posted here. Once water is restored, the pumps and systems are available for ongoing watering.

Operators have been alerted of all prior neighborhood and individual system issues reported to date. They will be out to assess and repair these issues as quickly as possible.

Please report new issues to us so they can be attended to as quickly as possible to us at info@ccrider.us.

Though you may now water on a daily basis, please continue to use only the water you need. Thank you.

June 19, 2025 Update:

The entire community may begin watering once again TOMORROW EVENING (FRIDAY JUNE 20) AFTER 8:00 P.M.

The mainlines of the system are being recharged as quickly as possible at a substantial rate and the new equipment is running very well to support ongoing watering. 

Please note that watering before this time may result in further delays for your neighbors in other portions of the system.

Operators have been alerted of all reported neighborhood and individual system issues reported to date. They will be out to assess and repair these issues as quickly as possible after the full system is operational on Friday evening.

Please report new issues to us so they can be attended to as quickly as possible to us at info@ccrider.us.

Though you may now water on a daily basis, please continue to use only the water you need. Thank you all for your continued patience as the system continues to be refilled.

June 18, 2025 Update:

As anticipated, the new system pumps were installed early this week and are operational. 

Unfortunately, over the weekend, many watering systems were overutilized and significantly drained the water supply.

The operations team is working to refill the water supply as quickly as possible, including refilling the mainlines and repairing valves.

The water system will be operational as soon as the water supply is recovered. Please continue to conserve water as much as possible so all can water and to allow the system to recover water levels.

June 9, 2025 Update:

We are happy to announce that all watering systems can be turned on this coming Monday, June 9.

The irrigation system mainlines will be filled and running on Monday June 9.

Please note that water use and levels will be monitored for the next several weeks as final repairs are completed and the new pumps ramp up to full capacity.

Water will be running for all neighborhoods on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until further notice.

Please conserve water as much as possible so water levels can be replenished to keep up with usage over the next few weeks.
