I, Sarah E. E. Shepherd, hereby certify, the only matter before the electors is the election of persons to office, and that at the close of business on February 27, 2023, prior to the election being held May 2, 2023, for the Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District No. 1, there were not more candidates than offices to be filled at the election (including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be a write-in candidate) and that I have been instructed to cancel the election by resolution of the board, attached hereto.
DEO CERTIFIES THE ELECTION IS HEREBY CANCELLED AND THE FOLLOWING CANDIDATES DECLARED ELECTED FOR THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF OFFICE:
