NOTICE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER DISTRICT WATER CONSERVATION PLAN
BUCKHORN VALLEY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District No. 1 and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District No. 1 may adopt the District's Water Conservation Plan which may include fees for violations within the District’s service area at an open public meeting to be held at on Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 6:00 pm via Zoom.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding such proposed action. Information regarding the District’s rates, fees and charges may be obtained from Circuit Rider of Colorado, PO Box 359, Littleton, Colorado, 80160, telephone number 303-482-1002, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
