Update: Water Main Repairs
The repair for the mainline at Crockett Court has been completed, but the backfilling of the hole to access the line has not been completed. Please use caution in the area for your safety and in order to avoid further damage to the line. The backfill will be completed early next week.

Irrigation water will be off for the night this evening into tomorrow morning for a mainline break repair at Crockett Court. Water is off for Phase 2 locations: Bowie, Blackhawk, Crockett and Springbuck. Irrigation water is planned to be restored on July 12 in the afternoon.
Thank you for the emails, calls and voice messages that you have sent to District 1 and your HOA managers. We asked that you inform us of irrigation system issues as you see them, and you have been doing just that.
The District's Maintenance Lead has been working diligently to get all the systems up and running for the Summer, as usual. The source pipe was opened and water "turned on" in the month of May, as is customary.
However, once those systems were on, a contractor working on behalf of Comcast damaged a good deal of wiring and some irrigation lines during installation drilling. These damages are being claimed with Comcast insurance by the District and respective HOA's to be repaired as quickly as possible.
We understand residents' frustrations and concerns about this unfortunate situation and will follow up with additional emails as we receive more information.
Construction crews hit a mainline, and water has been shut off till repairs are complete. We will update this website as we get more information!
