Second Installment of Special Operating Fee

The second installment of the one-time operating fee ($250.00 per home) has been billed. You should be receiving these invoices within the next several days.
For any questions regarding this fee, please refer to the Public Hearing minutes and recording on the District website or email info@ccrider.us.

Please note that the ongoing litigation and verdict has no impact on outstanding invoices from District 1. If you have an outstanding invoice, please pay it promptly.

Third Quarter Irrigation Billing

As stated in our April 1, 2024 newsletter, District 1 has transitioned to a quarterly invoice process administered by a third party - AmCoBi. By now you have received your quarterly irrigation invoice from them.

• Customers can continue to pay on a monthly basis and payments can be made via credit card, debit card, ACH or check. You can visit the District website for detailed information on how to set up your AmCoBi account.
• Please note: you may still contact District management with billing questions at info@ccrider.us
