Buckhorn Valley Metropolitan District No. 1

We know everyone is anxious to get the spring and summer season going, grass greening, and plants growing. 

Here’s the latest update.

• The District is excited and grateful to welcome back our Lead Operator, Kenny Slaughter, and welcomes our Operator, Matt Blank, to the District's team! Kenny and Matt will begin the preseason-opening sequence this week, the earliest safe date to begin charging the system. 
• Irrigation water will begin by May 1 - May 15, depending on the weather. This is historically the District’s target date for the complete opening of the system.
• We request homeowners to make sure their sprinkler system is ready for the irrigation start up. If you notice any issues, please address them, or report them to your HOA, as soon as possible.
